Our Campus
You’ll love it here, naturally. Studies show that nature-based activities can have multiple health benefits for older adults — on the body, mind, and spirit. The beautiful landscape of Westminster Village is its hallmark, designed to ensure our residents are surrounded by and connected to nature.
Secret Garden
The Secret Garden is home to Bruno — a Sulcata tortoise and our Westminster Wonder. A resident since 2011, Bruno has his very own burrow “apartment” where he can take refuge from the Arizona heat. Stop by and visit when you have time. He may appear aloof, but he loves people — especially grandchildren!
Monarch Butterfly Garden
Managed in conjunction with Butterfly Wonderland, our Monarch Garden serves as a way station for these creatures as they migrate from north to south in the fall and back again in the spring. The garden began as a hummingbird feeder project that eventually attracted butterflies, and it’s been attracting residents ever since.
Koi Ponds
Westminster Village has numerous koi ponds situated throughout the village that residents love to visit. These water features offer a serene setting for watching fish as well as peaceful reflection. The largest of the koi ponds is Lakme, named after the favorite role of opera singer Lily Pons.
Paradise Pet Park
Westminster Village is a pet-friendly community, and our spacious, gated pet park features artificial grass and water stations, as well as plenty of shade and seating for pet owners. Four-legged family members (under 30 pounds, please) are welcome to run and play with other furry friends while residents socialize and relax.
We’d love to hear from you.
